How do you keep an overview of stock?

Our service includes access through the B2B portal where, after logging in, you can view your own stock records, the movement history, the range of services billed, our invoices issued once a month for services rendered, and a wealth of other information.

How are the goods packaged?

We have created a complete set of packaging according to size, volume and weight, allowing us to use standardized packaging – meaning high efficiency in packaging.
We always pack to the optimum size to save space during transport. When arranging the terms and conditions in more detail, we will also agree on the packaging used for you.
This policy means we can also provide you with favorable prices for packaging.

Which carriers are supported for sending shipments to customers?

We integrate with the majority of carriers in the Czech Republic, and also with carriers moving goods abroad.
We will recommend the carriers with whom we have the highest volumes and therefore are able to offer you better prices.
We can hand over your goods to any carrier you specify.

What data can be obtained about the goods?

We identify, measure, and weigh the goods we receive from your suppliers for storage and handling.
Since the supplier does not have to provide you with this valuable data, we can.
Upon agreement, we can photograph the goods so that you can make an attractive presentation of them on your website.

How does DEXTRUM help protect the environment?

As we use robots, we can reduce energy consumption for heating and lighting in most of the warehouse where only robots operate.
We generate some of our energy using our own solar power plant, our small but not insignificant contribution to environmental protection. We are also one of the most energy-efficient operations in logistics.
